FAQs

💍 Wedding Information

Where is the wedding taking place?

All of our celebrations will take place in the seaside village of Sant’Angelo, Ischia. The exact venues are a surprise, but everything is within a short walk from the hotel block.

Because Sant’Angelo is a car-free village built into the hillside, we highly recommend reserving your room within our hotel block at Casa Celestino or Roccobarocco Boutique Hotel. These are the only hotels located directly in the pedestrian area where all of the wedding events will take place. Staying here will make it much easier to get around — no taxis or steep climbs — and availability in this part of the island is very limited.

Are children invited?

We’d love for you to enjoy Sant’Angelo as a family if you wish — children are more than welcome to join you on the trip. However, our wedding events will be an adults-only celebration. The only little ones attending the events will be our nieces and nephews.

What should I wear?

We’ve created dress code themes for each day to keep the weekend cohesive (and the photos extra special!):

  • Welcome Dinner (Friday): All-white cocktail attire

  • Wedding Day (Sunday): Mediterranean chic in shades of soft blue, formal attire

  • Beach Celebration (Monday): Swimwear and cover-ups

For full details and outfit inspiration, visit our Dress Code page

What’s happening beyond the wedding day?

We’ll kick things off with a Welcome Dinner on September 6, celebrate the wedding on September 7, and keep the fun going with a daytime Beach Party on September 8. We’re also offering optional excursions including a Boat Day and a trek up Monte Epomeo. You’ll find full details on the Our Curated Excursions page.

✈️ Travel, Transfers & Logistics

How do I get to Sant’Angelo?

The easiest way to reach Sant’Angelo is by flying into Naples International Airport (NAP), which is the closest airport to Ischia.

We’ve arranged a full-service transfer from Naples directly to the hotels in Sant’Angelo to make your arrival simple and stress-free.
This service includes private car service from the airport to the ferry port, your ferry ticket to Ischia, and private car service from the ferry port directly to your hotel in Sant’Angelo.

If you prefer, you can also fly into Rome (FCO or CIA) and take the train from Rome to Naples, where the same full-service transfer can pick you up for the final leg of your journey.

For more details on flights and transfer logistics, please visit the Travel & Stay page

Do I need to book the transfer both ways?

That’s up to you! The service is available for both your arrival and departure. You can book one-way or round trip, depending on your plans.

Do I need to rent a car on Ischia?

No — cars aren’t allowed in Sant’Angelo. The village is pedestrian-only, and transfers, taxis, and ferries handle all island logistics.

Will everything be walkable?

Yes! Sant’Angelo is a car-free village, and most events are within walking distance of the hotel block.
We strongly recommend reserving one of the hotels in our room block, since getting around outside Sant’Angelo can be challenging — the area is hilly with narrow paths and limited transportation options.
The only event not walkable is the Beach Celebration, which we’ll reach by boat — everything will be coordinated for you.

🏨 Hotels & Accommodations

Where should I stay?

We’ve reserved rooms at Hotel Casa Celestino and Roccobarocco Boutique Hotel, both perfectly located in Sant’Angelo’s pedestrian-only village — just steps from all wedding events. Staying here means no taxis, no stress, and a true taste of island life.

The wedding celebrations will take place September 6–8, and the room block is available from September 5–9, allowing everyone to settle in before the festivities and enjoy a relaxed departure afterward.

Because Sant’Angelo is a car-free village with winding hills and limited accommodations, we highly recommend booking at one of these hotels for convenience and proximity.

You can view instructions on how to book on our Travel & Stay page.

How do I book my room through the room block?

Booking is easy!

  1. Browse available rooms & rates:
Visit the link above to view the full list (including rates, photos, and bed details).

  2. Reserve your room:
Once you’ve selected a room, click the payment link in the spreadsheet to secure your reservation. Payments are processed directly by the hotel via Stripe.

  3. Confirm your booking:
    After payment, please email
info@hotelcelestino.it and tori.almeida@fora.travel with your name, room type, and hotel name, and include “Spinelli Wedding” in the subject line so we can track reservations and coordinate transfers.

What if I want to stay at a different hotel?

You’re welcome to. Just note:

  • You’ll be responsible for your own island transfers and logistics

  • Other hotels may not be as conveniently located for our walking/boat-access events so you could be walking up and down hills at very far distances. And there are no cars allowed in this village.

What if I want to stay longer or book other dates?

Our room block is specifically for September 5–9, 2026 at Casa Celestino and Rocco Barocco. If you’d like to extend your trip before or after those dates, we’d be happy to help. Just head to the Extend Your Stay page on our website, where you’ll find details on our partner hotels in Ischia, Capri, the Amalfi Coast, and beyond.
